Great value for the cost, cozy room with a lovely balcony view, and plenty of outdoor relaxation spots. the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay at Tekapa.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety for guests.

We loved spending one night here. The hotel's location was quiet, in the middle of Jackson. It was around a 10-15 minute walk from El Mirador de las Cien Gradas observation deck. The personnel was very friendly and excellent.

The central location of this venue in Jackson was excellent.

Nothing not too like.

I stayed at a hotel in May and the evening heat was intense. Unfortunately, I couldn't keep the patio door open due to a swarm of flying insects. It would have been nice to have a screen door to let in cool air without bugs.

The hotel's location is wonderful, with serene surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. Guests appreciate the staff's friendliness and willingness to share information about places of interest. The rooms have nice fans to keep you cool during their hot summer months, and there are quiet places to relax outdoors. Guests have reported that the beds are comfortable, despite being hard, and that they slept well.

Sadly, some guests have experienced a lack of cleanliness during their stay.
